About Bubble Honey
Bubble Honey Ltd specialises in the production of Manuka honey.
The name “Bubble” is inspired by the natural air bubbles formed by the unique viscosity of Manuka honey. It reflects our respect for nature’s characteristics and our commitment to authenticity and quality.
While we currently focus on bulk supply, we are also preparing for future product development to share the value of Manuka honey with a wider audience.

Migratory Beekeeping: Timed with the Manuka Bloom
Our migratory beekeeping spans Northland, Whanganui, Waikato, and Taranaki, timed perfectly with the Manuka season.
Harvesting at the ideal moment guarantees the exceptional quality of our Manuka honey.

Manuka Honey with High MGO Concentrations
We produce Manuka honey containing between 263mg and 1,201mg of natural MGO (methylglyoxal) per kilogram.
Nurtured by New Zealand’s rich environment,
we enforce strict quality control to ensure a consistently premium standard.
Founder Introduction
I was born into a family with four generations of beekeeping heritage in Ukraine.
From the age of ten, I learned beekeeping from my grandfather and uncle, gaining practical knowledge and hands-on experience in hive management and bee care.
Between 2013 and 2016, I worked in beekeeping operations in the United States before moving to New Zealand in 2017. Today, I operate migratory beekeeping across Northland and Taranaki, focusing on the production of high-quality Manuka honey.
Combining traditional knowledge passed down through generations with international experience and New Zealand’s unique natural environment, I remain committed to producing honey with quality, integrity, and respect for nature.
